Trans Futures: Navigating Change Together is a one-day conference in Virginia focused on the rapidly changing cultural and legal landscape for transgender people and their families. The event will feature keynote speakers, subject matter experts, interactive workshops, and social activities designed to inform, equip, and unite our community.

We expect participation from community members, advocates, legal and policy experts, health providers, and allies from across the Commonwealth. Together, we will create a space for dialogue, practical learning, and building networks of support.

Event Services & Logistics

Venue Rental Support – Covering space costs for plenary, workshop, and breakout sessions
Audio/Visual (A/V) Services – Projectors, microphones, livestreaming equipment, interpretation equipment
IT / Zoom / Hybrid Meeting Services – Technical support for virtual participation and recordings
Onsite volunteers (greeters, supporters, bodywork, etc.)

Food & Hospitality

Breakfast / Coffee Service – Pastries, coffee, tea, juice
