Charley offers transformational support that is deeply personal, rooted in empathy, and designed to support your growth, healing, or transition. Charley’s facilitation is a space of respect, reflection, and transformation.

Transformational support may be as brief as a single one hour conversation or a series of conversations over time.

Standard Rate

Charley’s standard facilitation rate is $100 per hour.
This reflects the professional, one-on-one nature of the work, the time and preparation involved, and the depth of presence that Charley brings to each session.

Sliding Scale and Accessibility

Charley believes that everyone deserves access to high-quality support, regardless of income.
If you’re unable to pay the full rate, Charley offers a sliding scale, with clients invited to indicate what they can realistically afford ('pay what you can'). In some cases, pro bono sessions may be available.

If you’re being referred by an organization, please know that:

The organization may be able to contribute toward your coaching fees. Please ask them.
You’ll be asked to reflect honestly on what you’re able to pay, even if that amount is small.
